本校致力建立共融文化，以「全校參與」模式支援有特殊教育需要的學生；透過資源調配，為學生提供適切和多元化的支援服務，以提升學生的學習效能及協助他們融入校園生活。本校重視家校合作，建立恆常溝通機制，透過不同渠道，與家長一起商議有關支援學生的策略。 因應有特殊教育需要學生的個別差異，整合和調撥資源，提供適切的教學支援，與家長一起合作，協助學生發展個人潛能。
Our school is committed to establishing an inclusive culture and adopting a "Whole School Approach" to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Through resource deployment, we provide appropriate and diversified support services to enhance students' learning effectiveness and help them integrate into school life. We value home-school cooperation by establishing regular communication mechanisms and discussing support strategies with parents through various channels. In response to the individual differences of SEN students, we integrate and allocate resources to provide appropriate teaching support and collaborate with parents to help students develop their full potential.

學生支援計劃及小組/ Student Support Scheme and Groups
為照顧學生學習多樣性，學校成立學生支援組以推行「全校參與校本支援計劃」，制定校本支援及措施，務求全面照顧學生獨特的成長需要。計劃是透過「及早識別」機制，為懷疑有特殊學習困難的學童提供專業評估，為有特殊學習需要的學生提供加強輔導、個別學習計劃、課堂支援、小組輔導、功課及考試調適等，讓學生得到適切的支援，以發揮潛能。此外，透過小組活動、朋輩輔導活動、社交小組、言語訓練小組等輔助性及發展性活動，提升學生的自信心及社交能力。
To cater to learning diversity, the school has established a Student Support Team to implement the "Whole School Approach to School-based Support Scheme," formulating measures to comprehensively address students' unique developmental needs. Through the "Early Identification" mechanism, the scheme provides professional assessments for students suspected of having specific learning difficulties. It also offers intensive remedial teaching, Individual Education Plans (IEP), classroom support, group counseling, and homework/assessment accommodations to ensure SEN students receive appropriate support to fulfill their potential. Furthermore, supplementary and developmental programs such as group activities, peer counseling, social skills groups, and speech therapy groups are organized to enhance students' self-confidence and social skills.

測考安排/ Assessment Accommodations
為協助有特殊教育需要學生在測考期間能有效地完成作答，會按學生的特殊教育需要提供不同的調適安排，並適時作出檢討及跟進。
To help students with SEN complete their assessments effectively, various testing accommodations will be provided based on their specific educational needs. These arrangements will be reviewed and followed up on appropriately.
