標題：探訪明愛西貢長者中心

為讓學生走出課室、實踐校本核心美德——「善良」，我校特別組織三年級學生前往「明愛西貢長者中心」進行溫馨探訪，期望在實際互動中培養孩子的同理心、社會責任感與敬老愛老精神。

探訪期間，學生將關懷融入每個細節。他們不僅主動與長者聊天、耐心聆聽長輩的人生智慧，更發揮合作精神，與長者攜手製作精美的青花瓷作品，並陪伴長輩一起玩桌上遊戲。看著學生與長者跨越年齡隔閡打成一片，現場溫馨洋溢。這次活動是一堂生動的生命教育課，期盼這份關愛社區的體驗能成為孩子成長的養分，在未來繼續為社區注入溫暖與正能量！

 

Title: A Heartwarming Visit to Caritas District Elderly Centre - Sai Kung

 

To encourage students to step out of the classroom and practice our school-based core virtue — "Kindness" — our school recently organized a special visit to the Caritas District Elderly Centre - Sai Kung for our Primary 3 students. This valuable experience aimed to foster empathy, social responsibility, and a deep respect and love for the elderly through real-life interactions.

 

During the visit, our students demonstrated care in every detail. Not only did they proactively converse and listen patiently to the life wisdom of the elderly, but they also showed great teamwork in creating exquisite blue-and-white porcelain crafts and playing board games together. Seeing the children and the elderly bridge the generation gap and enjoy each other’s company filled the venue with warmth. This meaningful visit served as a vivid lesson in life education. We hope this experience of caring for the community will enrich our students' growth and inspire them to continue bringing warmth and positive energy into society in the future!
