「Family+家依然繫你」家長教育計劃

 

家家都有本難念的經，的確是真的。每個人或多或少也受著原生家庭，童年成長經驗而塑造成今天的自己。感謝李錦記家族基金贊助，香港明愛青少年及社區服務協助推動計劃。家長透過「依附理論（Attachment Theory）」的視角，回顧自己成長的歷程上，與自己父母的依附關係。先明白、察覺自己的情況，才為自己提供多一個選擇的機會。在親子活動建立「安全依附型」的親子關係，促進孩子的抗逆力和精神健康。

 

Every family has its own struggles, which is indeed true. Everyone is shaped to some extent by their original family and childhood experiences into who they are today. We thank the Lee Kum Kee Family Foundation for sponsoring the program, and Caritas Hong Kong Youth and Community Services for assisting in its promotion. Parents reflect on their growth process and attachment relationships with their parents through the lens of "Attachment Theory." Only by understanding and becoming aware of their situation can they create more opportunities for choice. Building a "secure attachment" parent-child relationship through parent-child activities promotes children's resilience and mental health.
